- Our shipping and logistic startup client is looking for a highly strategic, passionate individual for this role, based out of Gurugram office (WFO)
Areas of Impact for you :
- Drive alignment around goal setting and strategy, form plans with clear objectives and governance to monitor progress
- Supporting leadership in the development and execution of their internal communication and engagement strategy.
- Drive projects on behalf of the center head and the leadership team which allow for higher growth and maturity of the CoE- Program Management
- Manage CEO office communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Act as an extension of the CEO ; attend key meetings, review critical functions and help teams resolve internal and cross functional bottlenecks.
Desirable Skills & Experience :
- Postgraduate from top tier engineering/ Management schools like IIT/ BITs/ IIM/ ISB with 4 to 6 years experience will be preferred
- Resourceful and strategic thinker with strong problem solving capability
- Proactive, enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
