Chief of Staff - Startup - IIT/BITS/IIM/ISB

Chief of Staff role with a fast-growing start-up working closely with Co-founders.

The chief of staff will have an immediate impact on our productivity, streamlining strategic initiatives, overseeing program management, and communicating objectives between departments. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business management role, with a special focus on executive-level advising and interdepartmental collaboration.

Objectives of this Role :

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution

- Assist and communicate with co-founders in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation

- Review, design, and execute improvements to organization structure find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them

- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Manage Business Operations and Strategy and be the sounding board of the co-founder

Skills and Qualifications :

- BE / B.Tech + MBA - only Tier 1 Institutes

- 6-8 years in a high growth start-up supporting founders with at least 2-3 years as Chief of Staff or EA supporting leadership

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

- Strong EQ, communication skills and ability to work with seasoned business leaders

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Strong project management skills, analytical and outcome-oriented

- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
