Chief of Staff/Program Manager - D2C Startup

We have an urgent vacancy for Chief of Staff for a D2C startup client based in Mumbai.

Role will largely include:

- Business Planning

- Goal Setting

- Performing robust analysis for business expansion

- Working with the cross functional teams to plan and develop scope, deliverable, required resources, work plan, budget and timing for new initiatives

- Strategize and create a program plan for the initiatives with an objective to achieve business goals and drive growth

- Established a governance framework to evaluate the progress of the program as per the defined objectives

Requirements - Tier1 pass out with 1 - 3 years of experience in working in similar role.
