Preferred from IT Industry - 15+ years of experience Operation Lead activities includes (but not limited) to the following: - Manage Capex/Opex budgets, Suppliers/vendors - Operationalize Organization strategy - Establish Governance model for the organization - Drive AOP Goals, Tracking for the organization - Drive Talent Management activities across the organization. - Knowledge of Technical Program management - Work with peer Chief of Staffs (of other CXOs) and with CEO's Chief of Staff organization.
