Chief of Staff/ PMO/Family Office

Objectives of this Role :

- Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads

- Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.

- Being incharge of all the PAs and handling them and also become SPOC between the PAs and the Management. This would include overseeing and presenting the task allotted to PAs as well

- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity

- Go getter who can do it be himself with minimum guidance.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :

- Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and CEO, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning, conducting daily meetings, preparing and sending regular MIS

- Serve as a subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developing action plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation and dissemination of communications

- Has a flexible and is willing to perform varying duties depending on the shifting needs of the company and its staff members

- Participates in program management, which involves duties on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis

- Within program management, organises and gathers information from various departments and meetings and reports that information, along with recommendations, to executive members

- Participates in strategic initiatives by leading them and reporting results back to the chief executive officer

- Within strategic initiatives, demonstrates flexibility because some initiatives may not fit neatly into one of the company's departments

- Helps members of the executive support staff to perform their duties to the best of their ability

- Provides training and coaching for other staff members

- Carries out other duties as necessary, which may include simple tasks such as filing and making phone calls

- Keeps up with industry trends by reading literature and communicating with peers

- Acts as a representative of the chief executive officer

Skills and Qualifications :

- Master's degree in Business Administration or CA or having relevant experience in the field.

- Proven experience organizing and directing multiple teams and departments

- Excellent communicator in written and verbal form

- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity

- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

Preferred Skills/ Areas of expertise :

- Experience with data analysis

- Experience in handling versatile team

- Experience with budget management

- Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

- Proven success in a project coordination role

- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions

- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication

- Positive thinker, multi -tasker, go getter, adaptive.
