Job Brief :
As a Chief of Staff, you will be responsible for
- Communicating and strategizing with the VP-HR
- Align strategy and goals across all departments
- Design KRA
- Budgeting
- Goal Setting
- Company alignment
- Hiring and growth initiatives
- Establishing company-wide goals and KPIs
- Setup OKRs
Preference : Someone who worked for minimum 4 Years as HRBP/ HR Generalist in Startup/Saas based company with experience in Budgeting, Goal Setting, HR Projects, Designing KRA, Goal Alignment
Job Requirements :
1. MBA with 2 years of experience in driving initiatives /programs organization wide.
2. Experience in successfully interacting with cross-f unctional teams and multi-region teams.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic, proactive, agile, data-driven, aggressive (can drive projects to closure), and structured thought process.
Experience : 4 - 8 Yrs
Location : Remote Working / Hybrid
