My Client is a consumer packaged goods company, headquartered out of Pune. Their products are a range of pre-prepared ready to eat, all-natural cuisine. Chief of Staff to MD: You will: - Oversee strategic business initiatives from development through successful execution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental heads - Assist and communicate with executives in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation - Review, design, and execute on improvements to org structure, find knowledge and skills gaps and help address them - Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity - Serve as liaison between staff, executives, senior leaders, and MD, regarding company climate, employee well-being, project updates, proposals, and planning - Oversee daily operations through collaboration with senior management and department leaders, performing an array of tasks from generating correspondence, planning and coordinating annual corporate meetings or any large business meetings - Build and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiency and effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to define new operational strategies, working with MD and executives on special projects - Assist the MD in facilitating effective decision-making - Coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives - Assess inquiries directed to the MD, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage Must have's: - Strong written and oral communications, influencing and negotiating skills - Ability to work in stringent deadlines, lead and deliver cross departments - Ability to lead and the performance reviews with senior management, work on action points - Experience being a financial controller or dealing in transformation projects - Strong analytical skills - Exposure to interaction with Regional counterparts - Knowledge of people & performance management and management reporting - Ability to identify and escalate issues, keep managers and peers well informed on a recurrent basis - Able to work in high pressure environment - Highly motivated and team oriented You need to be: - Highly motivated and team oriented - Graduate / Post Graduate from a top tier college - 3 to 5 years of work experience in setting up and scaling processes, particularly enterprise sales processes & systems - Comfort in a data-and metrics-driven environment employing analytics in decision making - Strong hands-on leader that can work in a multi-cultural environment - Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize activities in a fast-paced working environment - Exemplary time-management skills in a high-energy, multi-tasking environment - Excellent writing and presentation skills - Demonstrated record of outstanding work quality, productivity, and teamwork If you fit the above criteria and work/ed in a Management Consulting firm
