Manager - Strategic Projects-(Chief of Staff)
About the Role:
Manager - Strategic Projects role is a high-visibility strategic partner and thought leader that leads the coordination and strategic alignment of diverse Business Functions. The incumbent is responsible for streamlining high-importance projects and conducting leadership level internal and external initiatives that have very significant impact on the company's business objectives.
Core Responsibilities :
- Work directly with the Senior Vice President to grow the company, with a focus on building and streamlining processes, keeping the trains running as we scale our operations and nurturing relationships with customers
- Operate at a strategic , tactical and operational level, handling the oversight of projects that do not neatly fit within the organizational chart or that fall between departments or leadership areas of responsibility.
- Own the agenda ensuring maximum impact in internal and external engagements.
- Support Leadership meetings with Data & Dashboarding
- Drive the Leadership team towards transparent, efficient, and accountable decision-making.
- Develop and facilitate internal mechanisms to succinctly document current program status, risks, help needed, and metrics to Sr. Leadership
- Own and track status, risks, and opportunities to deliver on the product roadmap
- Develop and assemble organizational annual goals, measure progress and provide updates to stakeholders
