Job Description:

\We are looking for committed, self-motivated individuals to join our founder's office - who aim to work in a purposeful role to drive strategic initiatives across functions. You shall have a bird's eye view of how the foundation operates and scales while working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

WHAT WE EXPECT (Experience & Skills):

- 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, founder's office or similar role with education from a top tier Institute; MBA is preferred not mandatory

- Strong intent to operate in the social impact domain and contribute significantly to drive radical transformations

- Ability to structure, summarize & present complex topics effectively to a wide audience with clear verbal and written communications skills for a geographically dispersed audience

- Strong executive presence with the ability to manage through high-intensity and high-pressure environment

- Drive to find new ways to improve current processes and develop creative solutions that can be implemented in real-time

- Entrepreneurial nature with a growth mindset with high comfort in multitasking and prioritising multiple time-sensitive initiatives

- Extremely detail-oriented with analytical problem-solving skills

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT (Role & Responsibilities):

- You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives across various functions with internal and external stakeholder management

- We foster a highly productive and effective culture and expect you to translate the founder's office vision and priorities into actions across the organisation, while supporting various functional leads in high impact project delivery

- You will be monitoring various projects' progress and maintaining quality, while course-correcting for on time delivery

- It will be essential for you to develop tools, systems and refine processes for effective and efficient execution

- Develop and build prospective outreach pipeline to engage with subject matter experts and manage external stakeholder consultations

Skills: Strong stakeholder management +ownership + social impact experience

Professional Traits: Business development/ consulting/ strategy background
