Job Responsibilities:-

1) Support the founders in setting the overall strategy of the company and in day-to-day operations

2) Hiring and organization building is a critical function for the Founder's office. An ideal COS should be like a talent magnet. You should be able to attract and communicate the vision to top percentile candidates who we are looking to bring in to manage a number of critical initiatives.

3) Help with the organization's growth in a predictable manner. This would mean that an ideal COS should be able to define the OKRs and key result metrics across functions and departments. After setting these metrics in discussions with the department heads, you will be setting up the right processes and tracking mechanisms to understand if the organization is on the right track against the goals.

4) Lead and at times participate in a number of strategic initiatives across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Design, or Operations. It could be building a launch strategy for a new product in India, building the GTM for the US geography, to creating an Inbound Sales process. Problems could be from different domains altogether. We need a super-smart generalist, who can figure out the best possible strategy available in the industry and build on top of it.

5) Own the MIS of the company. Figure out the key operating metrics, and continuously work towards improving company operating cadence (e.g. Executive meetings, Quarterly OKRs reviews, Board meetings)

6) Support the productivity of leadership meetings by owning the planning, agenda, and notes. Coordinate with Cross-Functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time with high NPS.

7) Assist the founder's with communication to investors and the preparation for Board meetings

8) Be a bridge for communication between the founder's and internal departments, with strong collaborative relationships across the organization. Prepare presentations and updates for internal audiences, summaries of board meetings, or presentations for company-wide meetings;
