Chief of Staff - Financial Services Group - IIM/FMS/MDI/XLRI

Our client is an exciting, extremely well funded and capitalised financial services group operating across the consumer, wholesale, wealth and asset management space.



The founder and management team have extensive international and domestic experience in leading financial institutions and the investors too are a broad mix of leading Indian and global investors.

The group is searching for a Chief of Staff. The job description and key requirements are laid out below.

- Provide strategy support to senior leadership

- Monitor and/or taking operational responsibility for critical projects

- Participate in strategic discussions relating to investments and divestitures

- Organise and run senior management/leadership meetings

- Run business reviews

- Run ops/tech reviews

- Develop and help manage organisational initiatives in collaboration with partners from infrastructure groups

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Experience

- Minimum 7 years

- Management consulting experience in a financial services practice

- Investment banking experience in the financial institutions sector

- Corporate strategy/corporate development experience in the financial services industry

Requirements

- Post graduate degree - preferably an MBA from a top tier business school

- Command over MS office applications
