To help support the continued development and growth in the organisation they have created a new senior opportunity to take on a - Chief of Staff- role reporting to the CEO. Managing multiple teams across a wide range of operational and financial initiatives to support across business lines and functions. Your role will be to advise leaders on workforce planning activities and efficient resource management and manage the partnership between business units and human resource advisors. Some of the key responsibilities will include: - Leading the implementation of process changes to improve the client and employee experience. - Driving continuous improvement through a focus on service excellence, operational, regulatory, risk and control enhancements. - Overseeing compliance activities across the business or function. Contributes to formulating, recommending, and reviewing policies and procedures. - Recruiting, motivating and developing staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team. - Managing core management reporting, dashboards and key risk indicators. - Contributing to the achievement of multiple teams' objectives. To qualify for this role you will require: - At least 18+ years of experience in financial services in an operations or finance related role - Relevant supervisory, management and administration experience - Experience in location strategy, compliance and governance within financial services - At least 7 years of experience in cost-effective budgetary responsibility experience in financial services - Only female candidates will be considered for this opportunity
