Key responsibilities include :

- Assist the leadership and core team in executing on organization strategy and key priorities (program design, budget, resource allocation, impact estimates) for expanding our core programs and their components

- Craft grant proposals in collaboration with internal (leadership, operations, curriculum design, research and technology) and external teams via multiple models of fundraising in conjunction with Head of Fundraising

- Be a key point of contact for external communication (international events and traditional/non-traditional media) as well as for external partners, supporters, advisors

- Lead special strategic projects and campaigns as required (i.e. coordinating brand campaigns, assessing the strategic value of new initiatives, etc)

- Maintain a robust knowledge management system for the team to access relevant documents, reports, and data and build donor and government-specific collateral

- Ensure compliance of the organization in collaboration with the board, the finance, and the legal team

- Help the leadership team in scheduling and tracking key tasks for the day and week, including key meetings both internally and externally

Requirements:

- Education: B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc / B.A. (Economics)

- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of consulting/project management experience

Skills:

- Effective communication skills, both spoken and written

- Relationship building and stakeholder management skills

- Strong analytical and problem solving
