Chief Of Staff - Corporate Strategy - eCommerce

Responsibilities :

- Develop goals and objectives to define technical programs that enable the delivery of a high quality scalable product in a timely manner.

- Own strategic business initiatives contributing to direct top line and bottom line of the company

- Partner with all vertical teams to ensure appropriate levels of investment across all strategic goals and that roadmaps accurately reflect those decisions.

- Anticipate and quickly remove or highlight obstacles that negatively impact delivery on program objectives

- Provide executive leadership with visibility into program status and technical metrics, including productivity, resource utilization, headcount allocation, reliability, and performance of our service and teams

- Pulling together and managing project teams that require input from multiple areas within the company

- Creating and updating monthly dashboards to track changes in key metrics

- Defining and researching new ideas and business opportunities

- Providing decision support through data gathering, information analyzing and presenting considerations to relevant stakeholder

- Drive large scale cross-function programs from strategic planning and goals setting, through roadmap building, to execution and delivery.

- Designing and executing a corporate communication strategy

- Lead horizontal strategic initiative and KPI of launch.
