Chief of Staff Your responsibilities as Chief Of Staff : - Your primary responsibility will be to assist the founder in overseeing the cadence of execution and progress review. - Further you will work closely and effectively with the founder to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately. You will act as a "barometer," having a sense for the issues taking place in the company's environment and keeping them updated. - You will act as a liaison with various teams such as Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Product and People's team to keep track of progress on goals, increase efficiency and solutions for possible bottlenecks. - You will prioritize conflicting needs and handle matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures. - You will drive internal and external communication - ensure cascading of the company's vision and objectives across all teams, and external stakeholders (as and when required). - You will Identify and improve communication flow and efficiency across departments. To succeed in this role what should you have? : - MBA from Tier 1 B-School. - Currently in a management consulting role or in project management - Excellent verbal & written communication. - Strong analytical, numerical, research and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills. - Data-driven - can slice and dice data to generate insights and propose solutions. - Prior experience as a Program Manager / Chief of Staff at high-growth startups is beneficial.
