Responsibilities : - Prepare briefing materials for the Middle East (MEA) Advisor on a range of critical business issues to support the decision-making for him and other senior executives - Supporting the MEA advisor in addressing her day-to-day priorities, providing both proactive and responsive assistance ; conducting strategic internal project management, follow-ups with other practice leaders on key information, building leadership presentations and liaising with finance stakeholders to keep track of P&amp;L performance - Working on projects which will require you to conduct secondary research, coordinate with regional and global leaders and collate information as per the prescribed needs - Leading complex strategic projects and bring blended solutions during program management. - Assisting the MEA Advisory leader in building market facing script for speaking in external conferences - Proactively supporting on some of the most critical strategic projects which will shape the future of Advisory business in the region, while leveraging the resources locally in Mumbai or MEA to get them delivered on time and with expected quality - Building Presentations capturing the broad messaging that needs to be delivered to business stakeholders in key meetings - Participating in senior-level discussions related to organizational strategy and business issues as they arise - Partnering to build 3 year strategic business plan for the region and strive to deliver the same with rigor and dedication Requirements: - MBA (in Operations/ Strategy/ Economics preferably) from Tier 1 Institute with 5 to 8 yrs of experience in a Chief of Staff/ Corporate Strategy and Strategic Project management role in a Consulting firm or larger Corporate groups - Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in research (quantitative and qualitative | secondary and primary) experience, at a leading professional services / consulting firm / financial service captives, insurance/re-insurance/insurance broking firms or leading market intelligence / research firm - Strong project management experience - Exposure in delivering consulting assignments, building frameworks, drawing data driven insights and performing statistical analysis aligned to the - Sales Strategy- focusing on clients / prospects, markets, sectors, competitors, products and regulatory developments - You should have a consulting mind set and an ability to get the research and consulting engagements - Adept in managing relationship with stakeholders - prior experience in directly assisting a senior executive globally - Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving, storyboarding and report writing skill - Prior experience in making PowerPoint presentations, MS Excel and Database management. - Excellent planning, organizing, negotiation and influencing skills. - A proactive personality with excellent communication skills - written and oral both and presentation skills with the ability to present to a variety of external audiences, including being able to interact effectively with senior executives What is in Store for You? - An opportunity to define, lead and coordinate the operations of the company - A high-performance culture with phenomenal career progression.
