Chief of Staff/Chief Product Officer - IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT

Role description : 

- Work closely with the CPO on key strategic initiatives undertaken within the team

- Communicate directly, and on behalf of the CPO, with Product Managers and others, on matters related to product progress and strategic development

- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CPO and internal departments

- Drive a Solution-Set across teams (Technology, Marketing, Sales and Operations) through market requirements, product design and placement

- Coordinate with the Technology team to define product release requirements

- Work independently on special projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.

- Demonstrate leadership to maintain credibility, trust and support with senior management staff.

Skills & Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience with at least 2 years in product management

- Should come from strong engineering background (preferably IIT/NIT/BITS/IIIT)

- Strong business, managerial and analytical skills

- Ownership-driven and motivated to work in a high-paced organisation

- Hustler, who can get things done

- Knowledge and prior experience of analytics tools (GA/Mixpanel etc.) is a plus
