Position: Chief of Staff / Head of Business Planning

Education: MBA from a reputed business school

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 

We operate in business environment which needs company to be responsive to external opportunities and trends, as well as operationally demanding. This role will

- Establish a simple, automated way to track and visualize business performance across various units and call out trends VS goals

- Serve as a SPOC for all internal MIS needs - e.g. for WBR, QBR, and other leadership reviews

- Subscribe to industry reports, digest, summarize and communicate internally to internal stakeholders

- Develop playbook on Best Practices, present to customers and internal teams

- Work with sales, CS, finance, product to come up with point-of-arrival pricing plans to optimize revenues and simplify invoicing complexity

- Manage content for company blog and social media - customer case studies, thought leadership articles, collating internal stakeholder contributions and distribution plan

- Benchmark company against our peer group of SaaS companies on key metrics - e.g. ARPU, product margins, X-Sell / Upsell etc

Preferred candidates : 

- Holds 8+ years of experience in similar roles at product or technology or consulting companies

- Experience working with Start-up's

- Expert in Business modelling, MIS and reporting

- Influencing without authority, earning the trust of colleagues and stakeholders

- Clarity of thought and written communication, presentation skills
