Chief Of Staff - Bank

A leading foreign bank is looking for a finance professional overseas.

At least 12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, or corporate development roles within ONLY banking or consulting sectors. CAs and MBAs preferred.

JD:

- The Chief of Staff to the CEO will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in driving the bank's strategic vision and transformation initiatives.

- Collaborate directly with the CEO on business strategy, transformation initiatives, and operational excellence across all banking verticals (Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Treasury etc).

- Lead transformation efforts across banking operations, including the introduction of new processes, systems, and technologies.

- Provide data-driven analysis to support key decision-making, leveraging strong analytical skills.

- Serve as a key advisor to the CEO, offering insights and recommendations to enhance business performance and achieve strategic objectives.

- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage strategic projects, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business goals.

- Develop comprehensive reports, presentations, and strategic briefs for the CEO on market trends, competitive analysis, and internal performance.

- Represent the CEO in high-level meetings, ensuring alignment of priorities across departments.

- Track, monitor, and report on key metrics related to the bank's strategic initiatives.

- Act as a bridge between the CEO and senior leadership, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Broad to good level understanding of banking operations, including Retail, Commercial, Corporate, and Treasury. Even a broad understanding of BFSI/FS would do.

- Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation and change management initiatives.
