We are handling an exciting and challenging opportunity for the role of Chief of Staff with leading B2B SAAS Company.
- The Chief of Staff will work closely with the Chief Growth Officer on Special Projects
- An extra set of hands to help with strategic priorities on anything from sales, marketing, GTM to Growth.
- Role has impact on overall business with strategic support and cross functional team co-ordination.
- Excellent in determining priorities of weekly and monthly meetings.
- Act as a partner to chief growth officer by providing strategic inputs on how to scale the growth of the organization.
- Strong communication, project management & cross-group collaboration skills and experience working with executives and leadership.
- Manage project change management through project change orders, phased delivery, or other methods to ensure projects deliver on timeline, scope, budget, and strategy expectations.
- Excellent in meeting deadlines and managing stakeholders.
- Well versed in program/ project management with strong communication both verbal and written skills.
- High energy, strategic thinker with a data-driven, and analytical approach to solving problems.
- MBA from reputed B Schools only with minimum 4 to 6 Years experience primarily from B2B SAAS Companies.
