Chief of Sales & Marketing - Automotive Commercial Vehicles Manufacturing Domain (18-25 yrs)
Role: Chief of Sales & Marketing
Overall Purpose of the Role:
The ideal candidate for this role is experienced, and coming from Automotive Commercial Vehicles Manufacturing Domain, and will lead all the Sales & Marketing activities like B2B sales, Corporate & Institutional Partnerships, and Relationship Marketing.
Experience: 18 Years to 25 Years
Industry: Automotive Commercial Vehicles
Education: B.E. / B. Tech + MBA (Preferred Premium Institutes)
Location: Mumbai / Pune
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and foster B2B, Corporate, Institutional Partnerships, and networks.
- Bring in existing relationships on the table. (Key Requirement)
- Establish the Brand Value and Market the brand.
- Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's short-term and long-term sales goals.
- Assists in the development and execution of the sales plan.
- Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.
- Driving top line & bottom line of the company
- Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
- Provide leadership to the organizations management team while fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, high-performance, and ethical behavior.
- Lead organization change initiatives by continuously assessing the need for organizational change, championing change initiatives, and removing obstacles impeding constructive organizational change.
- Also create and execute marketing strategies for the organization.
Skills:
- Work experience as a Head of Sales with Automotive Commercial Vehicles.
- Should have an existing strong relationship with the large 50 60 corporates where Heavy-Duty Commercial Vehicles are used. (Cement, Metal & Steel, Auto Logistics, etc.)
- Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance and development.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills.
- You are flexible; were a young start-up and you'll be working on lots of fun things.
