We abide by the content in our Shastras to source and market our products on an ecommerce platform to bridge the gap customers have in the ecosystem of Puja and offering to Gods.-

- Our Client has ventured into a new initiative and they are looking for a COO who can scale their operations.

- Create various reports for the management and participate in activities that will result in expansion (investments, corporate alliances, acquisitions).

- Collaborate with the management on long-term plans for company growth with the strategies to assist with fundraising, financial projections managing P&L, monitor invoices, accounting, bank processes, and money-handling procedures in coordination with Account department

- Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors and partners with good experience into FMCG, Logistics management, Ecosystem management.

- Work with the human resources department to develop and implement staffing programs to attract the best applicants and improve employee retention

- Act as a mentor to all employees and motivate employees to meet organizational goals

- Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives

- Vendor Management, Inventory Control, Revenue Generation, End to End B2C Operations

- Oversee marketing initiatives and delegate additional responsibilities as per the business requirements

Location: Andheri West

- Candidates preferable from Western line only

- Understanding of overall Business Functions.

- Worked in a start up and has been responsible for its upscaling

- Successfully managed complex budgets, P& L management

- Working knowledge of IT, Logistics, FMCG and Business infrastructure

- MBA degree holder with 7-8 year experience in Logistics, Supply chain, B2C will be an added advantage.

Salary: 18 LPA
