We have been retained by a professionally managed public limited FMCG Conglomerate belonging to the Tata Group for a Chief Manager-HR (Generalist) for their corporate office in Bangalore.

To understand the job with more clarity and better understanding, we reproduce here in below the Job Description :

- Providing HR Support to the region and delivering a variety of HR engagement initiatives.

- Driving Sales & Marketing Capability Building along with functional heads.

- Be responsible for travel & compensation policies for the sales team.

- Must be able to implement and mange global HR platforms & initiatives.

- Delivering Business Focus HR Solutions.

- An ideal candidate must be a management graduate from an institute of repute like TISS,XLRI, NMIMS, XISS, XIMB, MDI,SIBM.

- Must have an experience of Learning & Development, the use of Psychometric tools and the implementation of behavioral and functional coto hmpetency framework.

- Must have exposure to handling HR in FMCG Sales and Marketing set up.

- Must have minimum 10 to 12 years of HR experience with minimum 6-8 years of experience handling Sales and Marketing set up.

- Salary will be very attractive and will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate

- Extremely good candidates may expect higher position also..
