About the company : - Futuristic &amp; customer-centric organization, manufacturing world class products - Currently a market leader in textile process machinery - Exporting to over 50 countries - Open &amp; transparent work culture - Independent working &amp; rewarding long term career About the role : Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 20+ years (10+ years of relevant experience) Preferred education: Diploma in Business Administration/Management Role &amp; Responsibilities: - Plan and execute sales &amp; marketing strategy for domestic as well as export markets - Create and manage a calendar of events such as exhibitions, webinars, seminars &amp; conferences - Continuously review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary - Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively - Manage and refine the organization's social media presence - Identify new business opportunities - Set, track &amp; monitor sales KPI- s Desired qualifications: - Five plus years of experience working as G.M. sales or similar position in textile machinery industry - Proven track record in selling high-value textile machinery/ Capital equipment - Knowledge of Textile manufacturing process - Computer proficiency &amp; presentation skills - Experience in selling machinery for weaving preparation - Sound knowledge of digital marketing Desired skills: - Strong project management and people management - Recruiting, supervising and mentoring members of the marketing team - Leadership, Interpersonal &amp; Communication - Constant networking and representing our organization to the textile industry - Analyzing positioning of competitors, customer behavior/experiences and formulating winning strategy CTC offered: 25-30 lacs per annum (negotiable)
