Our client is a leading technology distribution company, looking to hire Chief Marketing Officer to lead the Marketing, Brand Management, Partnership and communication function.

Responsibilities:

- To develop marketing plan and strategy for the organization

- To help the company increase its revenues by creating a marketing plan that gives the company a competitive advantage

- To design, plan and execute effective marketing campaigns, launching new products and promotions

- To build strong relationship and connect with the customers and market place

- To build relationship with media, digital and creating agencies

- Brand management to create a relationship between the company's products and the target market

- To create and maintain a good relationship with customers and build brand loyalty

- To gather crucial information about the target market that helps identify the needs of the market, the competition, and the popularity of the company's products among consumers

- To conduct market research including customer surveys, focus group discussions, and distributor surveys. Analyze Data and present to management on the findings and strategies to stay competitive

- Create communications channels and strategies to desired market

- Leverage Marketing communication tools may include things such as advertising, direct marketing and sponsored events

- To develop new products and product marketing, to maximizing revenues and increase market share

- Product development involves building new products to be offered to consumers

- Prepare and plan marketing budget

- Monitor and review the spend of marketing budget
