Currently, they are expanding this business and are in the lookout of professionals who can take the expansion to the next level. The role is of Chief Marketing Officer where the role will envisage their Marketing &amp; Sales Strategy for the Snacks Business. JOB DESCRIPTION: - Drive sales strategies for attainment of periodic top line and bottom line targets to optimize revenue from primary and secondary markets w.r.t. short term &amp; long term - Expand geographically ( Target no of States within the stipulated time) - Market segmentation research &amp; strategic demographic implementation across B2B and B2C channels - Build Brand &amp; create the Brand Pull - Establish a Good Sales &amp; Marketing Team &amp; create a leadership pipeline in the Organisation - Identify and network with financially strong &amp; reliable business houses and channel partners, resulting in wider reach and deeper market penetration &amp; create a strong distribution network. Responsible for achieving the Business Volume through retailers and distributors - Weekly analysis of sales figures to ensure early identification of problems that may impact monthly sales target achievement. Troubleshooting and supporting weak performing territories and distributors to enhance market share - Devise, implement &amp; monitor a range of retail KPI- S &amp; marketing analytics to ensure team performance &amp; marketing ROI is maximized - Plan, budget and implement the - annual- national and regional marketing calendars - Consumer promotional schemes and branding initiatives. - Overall brand architecture &amp; metrics: In coordination with Marketing Managers/ Brand Managers take the responsibility for tracking Brand and Category Development Index, Primary/Secondary value proposition, salience, recall value, equity for all Snacks products. - Ensure merchandising and promotions available in all regions in order to provide brand visibility and promote sales in the region - Handle a gamut of functions pertaining to Distribution, BU Profitability, Revenue generation and Market Share - End to end supply capacity planning (both tactical and strategic) across multiple production facilities - Ensure cost effective logistics operations across the distribution/ channel and monitoring availability of requisite goods at the various sales outlets/channels - Define &amp; implement KPI's to measure distributor's performance periodically. Evaluate performance &amp; monitor of dealer sales and marketing activities An Ideal Candidate would be: - The one who has excellent experience in working in FMCG segment managing Marketing &amp; Sales Activities. He/She must have build a brand from scratch in their career. Should be working more like a Business Head for a Brand. - Age a group must be between 40 to 50. This role report into the Promoters.
