Role & Areas of Accountability :
- Team [Recruit, develop, inspire and manage a talented and performance driven team]
- Market Intelligence & Analysis [Target Market | Competition | Industry | Geographies | Economy]
- Brand - Brand Identity, Positioning, Engagement, Thought Leadership, Internal Branding
- Digital Assets - Website, Social Media - quality and accuracy of information, timely updates
- Master Database - develop and manage
- Content + Collateral [Design and Production] - sales kit, brochures, EDMs, presentations, signage, stationery, gifts, uniforms, vehicle livery,
- Corporate Communication - including updates to investors, customers & employees, Think Design Journal.
- Performance Marketing - Lead Generation - campaigns, digital initiatives, events, Test Drive Experience, Experience Homes, Purple Customer Program.
- Customer Experience Design - Designing customer experience at every single touch-point
- Campaigns, events, advertising - Media Mix Modelling, Data Analysis, Strategy, Creatives, Deployment
- Events - Think Design, Project Launches
Requirements :
- Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
- Proficiency in building clear, compelling value propositions that can be expressed in a variety of media.
- Exceptional understanding and experience in the digital environment - marketing tools, social media, reporting tools, tracking methodology, web crawlers, SEO
- Experience in working with design groups, content management systems and an eagerness to collaborate with creative colleagues
- Ability to operate at all levels, dive deep, stay connected to the details and audit frequently.
- Self-starter, highly flexible, self-directed. Ability to adapt to change and accelerated timelines
- Curiosity and a keen eye for detail
- Large company discipline, small company entrepreneurial attitude with a sense of urgency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to collaborate and build rapport across different stakeholders
- Positive - can do- attitude, ability to show commitment and to inspire others
- Ability to work in an iterative manner that allows for rapid prototyping and effective feedback loops
- Ability to analyze complex numerical data, synthesizing results and drawing conclusions to convert into business opportunities
