ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES -
- Complete Digital Marketing on Social Media Management with creating and spreading the presence through all available social media, paid & non-paid, mobile and non-digital platforms [Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, external blog, instagram, google Adwords etc]
- Handling the digital & marketing team for all SEO, graphics and other digital marketing activities.
- Planning, Executing & Handling complete business operations at each level, front end operations, Product Assortment, and CRM.
- Monetization strategies formulation and implementation through various digital platforms.
- Improve and increase the online traffic through various digital media platforms
- Overseeing and executing the social media strategies for the company.
- Online management of brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
- Customer segmentation and demographic analysis, for actionable consumer profiling
- Gather information and data from multiple sources (consumer research, partners, competitive analysis), develop insights, and translate findings into action
- Improve and increase the online traffic through various digital media platforms
- Overseeing and executing the social media strategies for the company.
- Online management of brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
- Evaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor data.

- Measure and deliver on Marketing Return of Investment and provide Customer Insights
- Develop and implement the ideal advertising plan ensuring international and local learnings, Taking best practices in to consideration
- Create branding and communication for specific marketing projects in strong collaboration with the respective marketing functions
- Control creative and media agencies to ensure correct contractual set-up and strong working relationships to deliver world class creative output
- Manage the local media agencies with prudence, to ensure a best possible value-for-money advertising plan
- Annually review media planning and buying with the agency
- Work closely with the Regional teams and specialists to share learnings, best practices, align plans, share latest updates and insights
- Turn data into compelling insights which are actionable and relevant, and ensure these insights are addressed through adequate ideas and plans
- Develop channel specific marketing strategies to reach sell out targets in country.
- Responsible for Above the line (ATL), Below the line (BTL), and Through the line (TTL)/Integrated Communications advertising.
