It is the market leader in India, engaged in selling a wide range of beauty accessories tools & Personal Care Appliances under the brand name which is recognized for its quality, superior performance and the most comprehensive product range.
- Assist in formulating and implementing the marketing & launch strategy of existing (Personal Care and Beauty Products) and new products/categories
- Translate the strategy into effective and efficient marketing campaigns that include advertising, promotions, consumer activation and public relations, social media, ATL, Celebrity management.
- Preparing the annual marketing budget I line with the overall business objectives.
- Formulate the promotion strategy for promotion of the brand by recommending an optimum mix of initiatives, channels and scheduling.
- Preferably from Cosmetic/Beauty or FMCG Industry with 15-20 years of relevant experience with proven track record in brand building and other marketing functions.
