Role & Responsibilities :

The CMO's primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing sales through successful marketing for the entire organization, using branding, corporate marketing, product marketing, market research, pricing, product marketing, channel partnerships, marketing communications, advertising and public relations.

BCT and dt360 have core IP, deep domain expertise and strong customer references in verticals like Oil & Gas, Power, Banking and Logistics. The CMO's role is to use these valuable assets to establish a dominant brand for dt360 and Client.

Some key responsibilities include :

- Refine brand architecture for dt360 & Client based on core strengths, product portfolio & key market insights

- Own and drive corporate marketing strategies aligned with business strategy

- Build team to drive product marketing for core product portfolio, including business case, market plans and outreach plans

- Build brand preference for Client and dt360 with our target audience

- Create and establish dt360 as the partner of choice for Fortune 500 firms looking for digital transformation through a mix of branding, marketing, partnerships and networks

- Set marketing goals and objectives

- Design, implement and manage a 360 degree marketing strategy

- Review and manage content marketing & social media strategy

- Determine KPIs for marketing department

- Design and track marketing budgets as per organizational goals

- Work with sales and development and customer success teams

- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy

- Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions

- Be involved in selection and work with channel & ecosystem partners across markets.

- A bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree in marketing or business (MBA) is preferred. Prior experience with strong product firms is a must.

- The ideal candidate would have 15+ years of well-rounded marketing or business development experience in positions of increasing responsibility- with a focus on building a product business - as well as three to five years of experience in a leadership role.

Note :

- The role would have high visibility and, given that the company is a high-growth mode across multiple continents, would also be highly demanding.

- Candidate will be dealing with senior business personnel from within and outside the company. Candidate must possess excellent communication skills and display high degree of positivity, competence and trust in all interactions.

- Client has offices across Santa Clara, Muscat, Chennai and other locations. The CMO may have to regularly travel to other locations to drive programs, meet consumers and to meet and inspire internal teams and partners.

- Home office : Santa Clara, California, US

- Other offices where candidate may have to travel/arrange for travel include: India, Oman, Dubai.
