Chief Marketing Officer - IT (14-18 yrs)

- Planning the marketing and branding of multiple businesses to grow the customer base
- Develop Marketing Strategies taking into consideration of future organic/inorganic growth
Key Responsibilities :
- Set up and improve the Digital Marketing roadmap
- Identify opportunities in the market and drive growth of the multiple businesses
- Develop marketing interventions as per the customer experience trends
- Enhance the customer web experience and ensure business conversions through social media outlets
- Managing the content marketing strategy of an organization, reviewing it and making necessary changes.
- Setting KPIs for the team
- Enhancing market research capabilities
- Design, plan and implement marketing campaigns. This includes monitoring campaigns and making changes when necessary.
- Utilize analytics to drive product development
- Hep build marketing team and mentor them
- Develop and grow relationships with creative, digital and media agencies
- Ensure CRM systems are leveraged.
Skills and Qualifications :
- MBA in Marketing or similar relevant qualifications with 15-20 years of experience
- In-depth marketing experience, preferably in a new age technology or related industry.
- Proven knowledge of big data analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of presenting skills including content development
