Chief Marketing Officer - IT

We are looking for an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to oversee all marketing operations of the company and develop its marketing strategy and vision. You will be in charge of a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts towards great success.

- Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique - voice- Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.)Plan, implement and manage marketing strategy for various Verticals in BFSI, IT Consulting, Products & Services and News Media

- Should have experience in Marketing for the International B2B audience especially US Geography

- Should possess experience and have charted success roadmaps for Technology products and services

- Exposure to Domestic Media/Content Marketing is desirable

- Should possess, understand and deploy Digital Transformation tools for effective marketing

- Should Lead, Conceive and deploy campaigns which generates inbound B2 B prospects

- Should have an entrepreneurial understanding of new age digital products & services to enable effective Marketing campaign deployment

- Should be able to deploy campaigns effectively across the spectrum of Products & Services Fnex in multiple Geographies.

- Should strategize and deploy Marketing Budgets to govern efficiency in process and practices.

- The goal is to ensure the company's marketing efforts are successful in helping it outperform the competition. Review and manage content marketing strategy

- Determine KPIs for marketing department

- Work with sales and Customer Relationship teams to enhance our Brand Value

- Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy

- Attend marketing conferences and educational programs

- 15+ Years experience in International Marketing

- Hands on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, WebTrends, SalesForce, etc.

- Regularly produce and present reports

- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- MA in Marketing, Management or similar relevant field

- Addition marketing certifications are a plus
