Chief Marketing Officer - Gaming Startup - IIT/NIT/IIM

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead the function for one of our clients. Our client is a well funded start up focused on gaming based in Noida with back up from renowned industrialists.

Location: Noida

Salary: 30-40 LPA (Not a constraint for good candidate)

Role and responsibilities will include - 

1. Understanding target customers and design marketing strategy to reach and acquire customers.

2. Working with Technology and Product teams to launch new products/apps/games in the market with high visibility and create a buzz in gaming market.

3. Leading a small team of marketers to implement marketing plans and campaigns throughout the life cycle of products.

4. Work closely with the promoters to lead and implement the product strategy.

5. Exponentially increase user base by acquiring new customers through various marketing initiatives.

6. Ideate and implement marketing campaigns and schemes to attract target audience.

1. A person with prior experience of marketing gaming products (minimum 1-3 years in gaming is mandatory).

2. Strong academic background, preferably from IIMs/IITs/NITs and other tier-1 or tier-2 institutes. (not mandatory)
