Chief Marketing Officer - FMCG - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS (8-10 yrs)

Key Results Areas :

- Manage the brand P&L and partner with all business functions to deliver organization goals and objectives

- Develop marketing strategy by studying economic indicators; tracking changes in supply and demand; identifying customers and their current and future needs; and monitoring competition

- Grow market share by developing marketing plans and programs for each product and directing promotional support

- Provides short-and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection,analysis, and interpretation of market data

- Influence the present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends

- Develop new uses for existing products by analyzing statistics regarding market development; acquiring and analyzing data; and consulting with internal and external sources

- Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions

- Build a world-class marketing team;provide them training & guidance

- Manage corporate communication & PR for the portfolio of brand as well as corporate

Essential Criteria:

- MBA in Marketing from a top-tier b-school

- 8-10 years of experience in marketing; including 2-3 years leading a team

- Excellent communication skills

- Track record of delivery, goal oriented along with ability to set clear priorities and meet deadlines

- Strong analytical skills to derive actionable insights from a lot of data

- Experience in Digital Marketing
