What we are looking at are the following - 15-20 Yrs Experience (TOP Brands / CMO profile) - Should have handled marketing spend budget of 150+ Crs minimum Per annum - Should have experience in - Should have experience from the Internet space companies - Top B-school is preferred. - TVC - TV Commercials (should be the major spent) - Customer Insight - Digital Marketing (YT / FB / Linkedin / other social media) - NPS survey - Data Analytics - Branding &amp; Communication - ATL / BTL activities - Should be the Chief Marketing Offer for minimum 3 years and directly reporting to CEO / MD - Should have team handling exposure with responsibilities as stated above - Proven track record on Marketing and new initiatives on driving revenue.
