Our client is a leading Fintech company with offices across Mumbai & Bengaluru
As a key member of the leadership team, the role will directly report into the Founder & be responsible for:
- The entire gamut of end to end marketing including branding, digital, content, performance, design, organic growth, PR & communications etc
- Define and execute the brand strategy to shape the brand led by the vision of the Group and insights from the customers & collaborators
- High focus on growth & performance marketing from a B2C perspective to on-board clients directly as well as through strategic partners (google, FB etc) & affiliates
- Marketing initiatives to achieve the objective of scaling the number of active users 5X within a defined span & appropriate marketing budgets
- Existing customer engagement cross-sell, upsell & repeat business
- Manage the existing marketing team, oversee growth and ensure success of current channel partner integrations
The successful candidate:
- Comes with 10 to 15 years of marketing experience in Fintech/Consumer-tech/E-commerce/Start ups industry with strong business acumen for business development procedures, online marketing alliance, marketing & branding strategies, cost of acquisition etc
- Must have exposure across all aspects of Marketing & should have scaled the business & launched a product or two from scratch
- A Master's degree in marketing or related discipline; Tier 1/ Premier institute would be preferable
- Have metrics driven mindset and the ability to draw insight from complex marketing data
