Our client is a trusted lifestyle brand that deals in cutting edge products known for its quality, durability, and affordability. They are associated with major icons from the music and glamour world, who endorse their ideas and products.

As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing marketing campaigns for the company.

What you will do:

- Brand strategy, including the setting of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for the short as well as long term

- Designing yearly, quarterly and monthly digital media strategy in line with business objectives

- Responsible for designing and successful launch of ATL and BTL campaigns

- Identifying opportunities for partnerships (content and social media)

- Management of various social media channels and the content for the same.

- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on social media channels

- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional items

- Competitor and customer insights analysis (basis the strategies implemented)

- Analysis of sales forecasts and relevant financials and reporting on product sales (basis the strategies implemented)

- Establishing performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates

- Strategizing and targeting ways to increase user base through push notifications, mailers, etc.

- Managing the company's external and internal affiliate programs

Candidate Profile:

What you need to have:

- Experience of a minimum of 8 years in email, affiliate and content marketing.

- Understanding of social media and digital marketing

- Crisp and fluent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to thrive in a highly charged environment without compromising on quality

Experience: 8 to 12 years
