About us:

We are an early stage digital health startup (currently operating in stealth mode), focusing on improving access to healthcare. We are looking for someone who is passionate about healthcare, creating awesome customer experiences, and scaling businesses.

Role & responsibilities:

- Articulate and communicate our brand vision and mission through all marketing activities, content, and user experience

- Drive the marketing roadmap of the organization to achieve business vision and goals

- Develop and drive execution of cross-functional and multi-channel marketing plans to grow users, followers, engagement, financials and achieve time-bound performance metrics


- Develop and drive strategies for paid and organic/content marketing through all channels - website, email, SMS, Google, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and LinkedIn, while ensuring SEO on all channels


- Develop winning messages and kickass content to move public opinion and tell stories with impact, in all formats (text, graphics, stories, videos)

- Develop winning ads, A/B test, analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, prepare reports, and continuously improve ad campaigns

- Plan and drive influencer management and PR initiatives


- Spot and utilize trends and hacks to improve effectiveness of marketing tactics

- Monitor brand recall, brand share, content performance, ad performance, ROI, ROAS, and other marketing and sales metrics, diving deep into the root cause and addressing relevant opportunities/weaknesses through innovative marketing programs

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business vision and goals

- Monitor competitive activities (acquisition, pricing, products/services, features, user experience)

- Drive market research to obtain feedback on various aspects of the brand, identifying opportunities to reach new market segments and expanding market share

- Manage all marketing activities within budget

- Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- MBA with specialization in Marketing from a premier B-school

- At least 5 years on hands-on B2C brand management and digital marketing experience, and 5 years of team management/leadership experience

- Proven track record of success in an B2C e-comm startup with female TG

- Proven success in managing marketing budgets for early-stage internet brands

- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in paid and content marketing through Google (SEO & SEM) and all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

- Hand-on experience in B2C brand design and management, content creation, and influencer and PR management

- Be a self-driven leader who takes ownership and leads by example

- Be able to plan and execute strategies independently as well as with a team

- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and able to work in a lean and agile team

- Self-starter with the ability to understand the customer and think strategically about business priorities

- Excellent collaboration, persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Have strong creative and analytical skills

- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full-time, equity-based, leadership team role.
