Chief Marketing Officer - Co-Living & Student Housing Spaces (8-13 yrs)

We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer for a role based with a PE Funded Company which provides fully managed Co-Living and student Housing spaces.

Job Role: 

- Conceptualize, spearhead and execute on customer and supply acquisition strategies to maximize Organization's reach and customer acquisition.

- Obsessively uses data and insights to drive marketing decisions. Develops deep customer and market insights to define and drive experiments that optimize resources to achieve the highest impact

- Lead performance marketing and social media team to execute on online and offline marketing campaigns, including social media campaigns, content marketing, paid ads, and use metrics-driven measurements to deliver the best outcome, optimize for ROI and budget in each marketing channel

- Position would be Responsible for increasing conversion, acquisition and managing end to end customer funnel for higher revenue and better profitability.

- Planning, creating and managing offline and online marketing campaigns

- Defining brand positioning.

- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising.

- Conceptualizing and Enabling BTL/ATL campaigns

- Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels.

- Growth Marketing & Customer Retention.

- Our ideal candidate comes with MBA from Premier Business School with 8-10 years of diverse experience in Growth Marketing / Performance marketing preferable in internet/e-commerce start ups,

- Heading revenue, growth and marketing.

- Head of Growth Marketing Leading User, Transactions & Revenue Growth + Acquisitions & Traffic Growth.

- Driving strategic initiatives that drive new user acquisition and authentically extend the brand narrative and awareness

- Driving Growth: Acquisition marketing for direct-to-customer & sales channels across region.

- Executing the brand action plan to increase awareness, induce trial and deliver unique brand experiences.
