Designation: CMO (Chief Marketing officer )

Qualification: BE- Chemical

Experience: Min 20 years

Experience Chemical industry with commodity, specialty & proprietary chemicals / Bulk chemical with International market exposure is must

Major Job Role:

- Marketing products & services of the Company and generating revenues for Company

- Developing product wise business plan for achieving targeted sales & profitability

- Developing Marketing strategy based on business plan of the company

- Identifying New Products, New markets, New Customers

- "Increasing market share of product"

- Branding of Company & its products, services and device reach out plan

- Relationship building & retention plan for existing customer

- "Building product, industry & market understanding & knowledge

- Finding new application for product"

 -Timely Sales positions based on market intelligence

- Increasing share of contractual customers

- Identifying newer value proposition for customers & devising plan to deliver

- Quality & timely delivery of product to customer

- Lead, inquiry and order management

- Identification & Research of new propriety knowledge chemicals

- Identifying USP, differentiators of the proprietary product and communicating to customers

- Periodically review the performance of team and ensuring direction setting, corrective & appreciative feedback, budgeting for the department & monitoring with diverse culture & location

Business Review :

- Order risk review & managing risk return ratio

- Market representation & agreement to augment sales

- Receivable management

- Customer satisfaction & complaint redressed

- Cross functional Interface with Sourcing-Risk-Finance-Logistics-Operation

- Managing branch operations

Job Specification

- BE Chemical must ; MBA in marketing prefer

- 20 Years of Experience in Sales & marketing of chemicals & allied industries. Minimum 10 years of experience as Marketing head with International marketing

- Exposure to commodity, speciality & proprietary chemicals

- Team leading exposure of 20-30 people

- Preferred exposure to Africa & European markets

- Well networked person in chemical industry
