Job Description : - 10 plus years of B2C marketing experience (with recent 5yrs in B2C Marketing of Digital Products) where you have owned and managed a meaningful budget, revenue number, and team. - Responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and lead our marketing team from the ground up. - You will work closely with our Design, Brand, Content and Technology teams to increase profitability and drive individual subscriber growth. - Define the B2C new customer acquisitions growth strategy for our digital products and to implement them successfully in a time-bound manner. - Develop and execute on Company's B2C digital products marketing strategy from the ground up. - Work with Digital Technology and Editorial teams to analyze and optimize B2C experience and purchase path. - Identify our most profitable customer segments and map back to marketing campaigns and cost. - Work closely with the President of the Division and Finance teams on budget and planning. - Drive user acquisition growth in the pan-India region. - Plan, design and lead campaigns across all marketing channels including (but not limited to) digital marketing, community, events, email marketing, content, offline marketing etc. - Design and develop user activation and engagement campaigns (including influencer, ambassador and affiliate programs). - Design, develop and manage strategy, planning &amp; execution of brand campaigns for your market that educate potential users, retain existing users, drive customer value and enhance brand equity. - Closely monitor, track and report analytics to ensure they align with our growth KPIs (user acquisition, activation, retention, cost per metric, ROI etc.) - Requesting and managing the appropriate budget for campaign outcomes, continuously working on enhancing the ROI.
