Roles & Responsibilities: - Department, Strategize, Plan and Execute Business impacting Global Marketing Plans and Initiatives. - Marketing plan to increase positive brand awareness across key markets, that align with the business & revenue goals of the organization. - Focus on keeping the brand in the news always via founder/business/product/process stories etc. throughout the year. - Build a network/database of nano, micro, macro & celebrity influencers. - Consistently build relationships via new product sampling, event invites etc. - Hold Monthly Influencer Training Events to educate & engage with our products - Setting current and long-term goals for the internal & external marketing team. - Identify key challenges & goals of the brand - both for online & offline retail,and create a strategy accordingly. - Plan and organize marketing functions and operations (product development, branding, communications etc.), and ensure they project the company's unique "voice" - Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels (digital, press etc.) - Build a highly efficient team of marketing professionals - Create a solid network of strategic partnerships. - Head the Marketing and Digital Initiatives. - Planning, implementing, and overseeing all marketing and advertising campaigns. - Liaising with sales and public relations teams to align objectives.
