Chief Marketing Officer - B2B FinTech (7-12 yrs)
Our client is a leading Fintech-NBFC in the B2B space. They are backed by strong investors and are in advanced stage of funding.
They are looking for a CMO.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create and undertake brand awareness initiatives/strategies in the B2B space
2. Set up the marketing team, oversee operations, develop marketing strategy for the company
3. Build and design campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across channels
4. Build a solid network of strategic partnerships in the B2B space
5. Develop marketing plan for the department and oversee its implementation
6. Analyze the trends in the market and direct the market research efforts of the company
Ideal candidate:
1. Prior experience of working in the B2B space
2. Prior experience of working in Fintech/ NBFC/ start-ups
2. 6-12 years of experience in Marketing roles, with proven experience of setting up and leading teams
3. Understanding of market research and data analysis methods
4. Strong inter-personal skills and networking abilities
