Roles & Responsibilities:
- Plan and devise marketing strategies for the organization and representing the organization in global conferences and events
- Oversees the company's media relations including social media and all methods of advertising
- Runs trade show exhibits and free educational sessions provided to the community
- Lead print, social media, website and manage marketing budgets for the organization
- Analyses the competition and reviews results of market research adjusting the company's marketing strategy accordingly
- Participates in research to look for new product ideas and ways to grow business
- Heightens awareness of the company in the community and marketplace
- Handles corporate communications to deliver a brand-consistent message
Requirements:
- 18-22 years of Proven experience as chief marketing officer or similar role in an IT Product company
- MBA or similar degree from top tiered institute
- Understands changing market dynamics and prepares the company by developing and implementing strategies to meet the changes in the marketplace
- Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong presentation abilities
- Exhibits superior organizational skills and strategic planning abilities
- Has strong interpersonal skills as well as negotiation and persuasion abilities
