Marketing Strategy & Planning :
- Design and implement marketing strategies to establish Brand as a Digital Based Firm
- Analyze marketing metrics, forecast market trends and set specific goals.
- Develop a marketing plan and budget for yearly marketing activities, events, and projects.
- Develop an alliance with event sponsors, B2B prospects, and social decision makers.
Brand Management :
- Building the Brand Affinity & Equity across different segments of customers
- Understand the core brand values, lead the corporate brand identity and brand purpose projects.
- Manage the brand communication strategy and ensure that it measures up to the overall consumer positioning via Advertisements - Electronic, Digital, Print.
Digital & Content :
- To work with CDO & Team to design the digital content strategy with objective of increasing Brand Reach, Engagement with Clients and prospects and overall Business Impact.
- Develop, implement, track and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.
- Manage the digital engagement (SEO, SMM, Website) with the consumers by offering best in class digital experience.
- Plan and manage large-scale events with the Event Management team.
Customer experience & PR :
- Deliver superior customer value proposition that enhances the customer experience in order to grow overall customer base and loyalists, leading to a sustainable and profitable business growth.
- Maintain a favorable public image (via events, reports, articles, press releases, stories) by communicating programs and accomplishments.
Skills, Qualifications & Prior Experience :
- A Masters degree, preferably MBA, from a reputed college/university.
- Post Qualification Experience of 15-18 years.
- Has already been a successful marketing leader with strong planning and execution skills.
- Self-driven, results-oriented with a missionary zeal to exceed goals.
