Shall have hands on experience in API Utilities. Key Areas: Equipment erection, commissioning, Operation and Maintenance activities of various Utilities equipments, Pharmaceuticals API. Equipment's / Plants exposure: - Utilities generation equipments - Captive Power Plants - API Plants: Distillation Column, SPDU,HVAC Systems, Reactors ( Glass line / SS ), ANF Dryers, Pressure filters, Centrifuges, all types Vacuum systems, Cad mills, Co mills, Powder Charging systems, forklifts etc. Operation Of Utilities / Power Plant: - Generation, distribution, measurement of utilities for internal and external customers with minimum interruption. - Involved in selection and implementation - Saving power, High efficiencies, Improvement in coolers, More energy efficient, More operational efficiency. - Close monitoring of parameters of utilities for getting best efficiency of an equipment. - Maintaining of lowest Specific Power Consumption, Steam-Fuel Ratio etc. - Management of basic primary energy resources. - Analyse equipment performance with respect to energy efficiency - Metering of utilities for various users for preparation of daily / monthly consumption reports. - Exploring Opportunities for Energy conservation and Review of implemented projects. - Preparation of annual energies budget based on projected production targets. - Develop and manage training programme for energy efficiency at operating levels Maintenance: - Maintenance of entire premises includes following activities. - Planning &amp; Scheduling of Preventive, Periodic, Statutory Maintenance plans based on equipment condition and production plan. - Execution of Preventive, Proactive &amp; breakdown maintenance. - Vendor development for spares requirements. - Critical spares inventory management. - Business Continuity Plan to mitigate any contingencies. - Mentoring the team of engineers, technicians for skill up gradation, multi-tasking &amp; conflict management.
