Constant focus is required to Understand, Absorbs & Deliver technical supports of running processes. Purpose Study and implement technical modifications for all dedicated plants in SCB to enhance the productivity, improve the quality, eliminating the technical problems & enhance safe operations. Key Challenges - All the plants are being set with the in-house technology. - Working towards new molecules and producing them in existing plant asset with providing modifications without affecting productivity - Understand the Manufacturing process for better improvements in Quality and Productivity Job Description - Modification apexes in the range of 50 lacs to 200 Lacs - Process Modification Through EWR & Capex - Drawing Management - Plant Commissioning & Systems (CTG Coordination) - Plant GMP & Quality Management System - Direct Reportees: Assistant Manager -1 &NMS -1 - Reporting to AVP-Production THE CANDIDATE: - A chemical engineer with 10-15 years of experience - Must have exp in Batch and Continuous Plants-Bulk and Specialty Chemicals in Process Engineering - Strong process & project engineering and product development experience
