Responsibilities :
- Handle Tamil Nadu, Kerala and Pondicherry locations.
- Managing a team of 4 to 5 analysts
- Credit appraisal of SME clients with ticket size upto Rs 300 Mn per borrower
- In-depth analysis of credit risk in deals.
- Should facilitate business in terms of structuring the deals and ensuring faster clearance of the proposals
- Closely monitor the portfolio of the region periodically and take necessary action to improve / maintain the quality of portfolio.
- Visit the existing and prospective customers along with the properties offered as collateral
- Provide necessary training to credit and business teams on various aspects of policy and process
- Continuously Monitor the credit process and Policies and provide inputs to senior management
- Ensure Adherence to the credit policies and recommend changes, if any to senior management
- Evaluate team performance on a regular basis and initiate necessary action to improve performance
- Maintain cordial relation with various other departments.
