Chief Manager - Strategy Planning & Business Communication - BFS (4-7 yrs)

Principal Accountabilities:

Supporting Actions:

A. Strategic areas

- Support the CEO and Business Head in Business Planning, Budgeting decision and overall Relationship Management

- Support in strategic decision making for CEO, by providing analysis & deep insights into the business functioning

- Managing business relationships and communication for CEO, across Clients Company, Customers, distributors, consultants, media, etc

- Plan & implement initiatives ranging across functional improvements, business transitions and transformational change

- Acting as a bridge for incorporating inputs of CEO in Business Planning and reviews, Board meetings, etc

- Working alongside functions/ businesses for preparing business plans & presentations for Chairman review

- Supporting CEO Office in Scoping & detailing of P&B

- Working alongside CEO for compiling P&B as per inputs of stakeholders in Company

B. Projects:

- Conceptualizing, executing and monitoring Organizational wide projects especially, ones related to PSFG

- Identifying the need to launch projects/ contests in PSFG to drive key initiatives/ targets

- Part of the core Committee which launches employee contests, especially for achieving sales targets, investment performance etc

- Reporting to the CEO on the updates of the project in a timely manner and implement the suggestions of the CEO to the project efficiently

- Providing constant updates to the CEO on the key project related developments

Communication:

In charge for all the periodic (Monthly & Quarterly) communications from the CEO's office

- To take inputs from the various functions and provide the CEO with the draft of the Perspective, the Monthly Communication which goes from the CEO's desk before the 7th of every month.

- To draft the Quarterly business update to the external parties with PSFG highlights as well as view on the Quarter ahead

- Any Ad-hoc communication needed from the CEO's office to Group Companies or external parties

Reporting and Monitoring

- Tracking progress of key initiatives across businesses reporting to CEO

- Analyzing trends & MIS and build insights for decision-making in existing businesses reporting to CEO

- Ensure that all the relevant escalations happen to the CEO in a timely manner

- Managing bandwidth & assisting in a prioritization of CEO

- Monitoring & Tracking key initiatives at PSFG

- Analyzing trends & MIS for building insights into existing businesses reporting to CEO

- Managing CEO's bandwidth & prioritization

- Follow-up on key action points, plugging bottlenecks & expediting dependencies

- Documentation for internal & external approvals

- Organizing regular business & functional reviews as per static & fixed agenda; monthly, Quarterly Mid-year & Annual review of Function heads, etc
