Our client is a recognized brand in the energy and natural resources industry. They're currently looking at strengthening and scaling up operations in India and hence are looking for a Chief Manager Strategic Sourcing who can help them reach the next level.
Description :
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for :
- Formulating sourcing strategies for all categories of procurement including electrical, mechanical commodities, capital equipments including tower, conductors, insulators, etc.
- Sourcing of commodities from various markets with an annual spend of more than 1500 cr.
- Managing a team of professionals with responsibility for their growth and development in the organization
- Working closely with all the functions to ensure the smooth flow of operations
Profile :
You will be a professional with more than 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing and procurement ideally in Engineering/Energy Generation industries with key focus on market research and cost benefit analysis. The client is looking for someone with excellent communication, leadership skills and hands on approach towards his/her work
